SigBuddy started as a personal project as I've always enjoyed tech and tinkering around with my newly installed solar system. I noticed others in the house weren't as interested in opening the app to check things but after I made a small dashboard they were suddenly checking it regularly and adjusting their habits to maximise power savings.
It grew from there, after interest in local Facebook groups and through word of mouth made it clear plenty of other Sigenergy owners wanted the same thing. What began as one screen on one shelf turned into something worth building properly to help others as well.
It's still growing. I'm working on new features and additional hardware options, shaped by what the community asks for.
